Dr. Gina Guillem Jones is a co-founder and President of CarGin Enterprises, a family office. Gina has successfully raised hundreds of millions of dollars in funding across multiple capital rounds for pharmaceutical and biotech ventures. An accomplished entrepreneur, business leader and life sciences investor, she serves on the Board of Directors for many pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Gina started her career as a practicing Physician Assistant in orthopedics. She has been involved in clinical research for more than 20 years and transitioned into entrepreneurship by founding her own surgical first assist company in which she still practices today. Gina holds bachelor’s degrees in biology from Stetson University and in physician assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University. She completed a master’s degree in medical science from Nova Southeastern University and a doctorate in Medical Science from Lincoln Memorial University.
