Mr. Dean Hodgson is Vice President of Technical Operations and joined OncoNano in 2022 to oversee the company’s manufacturing efforts. Dean is responsible for the chemistry, manufacturing and controls for OncoNano’s polymer technology and drug candidates. He leads a team focused on development, manufacturing, supply and quality in support of OncoNano’s pipeline, active clinical trials and manufacturing activities driving toward commercialization. With more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, Dean has worked for a range of companies, including Genentech, Roche, Juno Therapeutics, Immunomedics and Gilead Sciences. He has expertise in both small molecules and biologics, with hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, quality control, process validation and planning. Dean received his bachelor’s degree in molecular biology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
